We take customer feedback very seriously here at VeriClock and we are thrilled to announce a number of product updates that have been requested by many of our customers.
This release introduces in-app push notifications, expanded third-party sign-off capabilities, and reporting formula enhancements. These updates improve communication, administrative control, and time tracking oversight.
Now you can send messages to all, or a select group of, employees and confirm that the messages have been received and read. Note that employees will need to update their app to receive the push notifications. Messages can always be read in a web browser.

Other Updates
- Third party approvals - now you can customize the timesheets that you send to a third party to only include the information you want. Click here for more information about this feature.
- Daily Signature Requests - time sheets can now be generated daily and sent to employees to sign off on. More information on employee time cards is available here.
- Additional Job Information - Use the new fields to save additional information about a job. These new fields can be used in reports and formulas.
- Enhancements to Report Formulas - Formulas are a powerful tool to add and create data for your reports. You can now use formulas to add or subtract time to a shift or modify the clock-in or clock-out time based on the response to custom questions. Additionally, formulas can be used to calculate the cost of hours billed to a client, material costs, mileage, and other calculations that can then be totaled in reports.
