The time activity page can be customized to display specific columns and to organize time events to display as needed. The search period can be set to display a default time period from the last 24hours, today or this week.
Customize Your Time dashboard
- To customize your time dashboard, go to the tabs Time-->Activity-->click on Advanced Options-->click on Customize Options.
- In Search Period, select Last 24 Hours, Today, or This Week, to have your time dashboard default to one of those search periods. To save a search period as default, click on the blue Save Settings as Default button after selecting one of the above search periods.
- Available Fields are columns that can be added as default to your time page dashboard.
- Selected Fields are the columns already in your default time page dashboard.
- Click the → and ← arrows to move columns between available fields and selected fields.
- To the right of the selected field box, click on a column and then the ↑ and ↓ arrows to move the column order.
- Click the Search button to view any changes you have made and to confirm settings desired.
- Click Save Settings as Default to save any changes for your default Time>Activity page dashboard.
Custom fields can also be added to the time activity dashboard as a column. For more information on how to add custom fields, see Custom Fields.
