If you experience errors while binding employees, jobs, service items, or payroll data between VeriClock and your accounting software, reviewing Integration Sync Logs can help identify the issue. The VeriClock Companion App provides access to detailed sync log records. These logs can then be sent to support troubleshooting, ensuring accurate time synchronization and faster resolution of QuickBooks or Sage integration errors.
If you are encountering errors and are unable to resolve them, you may be asked to send the Integration Sync Log Records to help@veridesk.com.
To access the logs from the Companion App, go to Help --> Logs --> View Logs.
You will need to save the file and then send it to us as an attachment.
