Text-Type Custom Fields in VeriClock

Text fields in VeriClock let employees enter notes during web or app clock in and out by typing directly into a custom text box. These fields are fully customizable by name and are ideal for capturing shift details or comments, but are not supported for SMS/text-based clock in or out. With a text field, an employee can make notes relating to the custom field in the text box below the field.

• To set up a custom text field, select Text Field and name your field for what it will be used for. The name of any custom field is what the employee will see when they clock in/out. *Text custom fields are not available for SMS/Text clock in/out.*
