Employees can view their worked hours in VeriClock once View Time permission is enabled by an account administrator or manager. Access requires a valid login using either an email address or assigned username, along with a password set in the employee profile.
Hours can be viewed from the VeriClock mobile app (recommended) or through a web browser via the company’s VeriClock domain or the member login page. Employees can review time worked using My Time Card, My Activity, or the Events tab in the app. If login credentials are missing or incorrect, passwords can be reset using the email address on file or updated by an employer.
- For an employee to to view their hours, they will first need View Time permission enabled. Contact your manager or account administrator to see if this option is available to you.
- If you have permission to view hours enabled, contact your employer to add your email address into your VeriClock employee profile. If you do not have an email address, ask your employer for your alternate username for logging in. In addition, your employer will need to set your password for you into your employee profile.
- We recommend using the VeriClock app to view your hours worked. Click here to download the VeriClock app. If you will be logging in using a web browser, we recommend contacting your employer for your URL web domain address, or you can login directly from our website: https://www.vericlock.com/members
- If you have not yet created a password, or if you are getting an ‘invalid username or password’ error, you can reset your password by clicking on Forgot Your Password at the bottom of your VeriClock login page. NOTE: To reset your password you must use the email address set in your employee profile, or contact your employer to add a new password for you.
