Learn how VeriClock user roles and permissions work for Employees, Managers, and Admins. This guide explains what each role can access, including time tracking, scheduling, reporting, payroll, approvals, alerts, and account management, and where to configure role-based permissions to control access and maintain secure workforce operations.
VeriClock defines 3 user roles that are key to managing people who can generate clock events, those who can add/edit jobs, those who can generate and view reports and otherwise manage the VeriClock account.

(1) Settings for Managers Permissions are found under Settings --> Extras --> Permissions
(2) Settings for individual Employee Permissions are found in each Employee's profile under Employees --> click the blue Edit-button to the right of an employee name --> Advanced --> at the bottom of the page under Permissions
