Learn how to send your data logs directly from the VeriClock app. This guide helps you troubleshoot and communicate with your administrator or the VeriClock support team when needed by sharing your time data logs for review.
Open the VeriClock App on your device & tap on the Menu icon-(3 parallel bars on top left of screen)
The app menu will appear. From the menu, tap on Settings and select About
From the About menu, tap on Feedback
Enter a brief description of the issue, including what error occurred and the date it happened.
Ensure the Include Debug logs toggle is on (indicated in yellow when enabled).
Click Send Feedback button
