Understand the simple process of clocking out with the VeriClock app. This quick guide shows how to end your workday and ensure your hours are recorded correctly, whether you're using your mobile device or tablet.
- Open your VeriClock app
- The app opens the Punch Clock page
- When clocked in, the clock details are displayed along with the duration you have been clocked in.
- Tap the Clock Out button.
- In the Clock Out Report box, type any notes related to your shift (For Example: I forgot to clock out- finished work today at 3:45 pm)
- Click the Complete Clock Out button.
Immediately after clocking out, a pop up confirms you successfully clocked out, along with the details of your shift.
After tapping the Close button, you will be redirected back to the Clock In screen.
**If you are still seeing the Clock Out button, then you have not clocked out. To confirm your status, press and hold the refresh button in the top right corner of your app screen until you see the Full Refresh Complete pop-up**

Here is an example of what someone may send to the support desk after having trouble clocking out:
ie. "i am trying to clock out and i keep tapping the clock out button and I keep
getting a popup saying "you are outside of the geofence area" How can I get past
this error so i can complete my clock out?
