Learn how to reset your password on the VeriClock mobile app if you've forgotten it. This guide walks you through the process of resetting your password securely, ensuring you regain access to your account without any issues.
Please note: the reset password link will only work if your employer has added your email address to your VeriClock user profile.
You will need the VeriClock mobile app installed on your device in order to follow these instructions. You can download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
To reset or change your password on your mobile app, open the VeriClock app on your device & tap on the "Forgot Password" button
Enter your user ID. This will be your email address (john@examplecompany.com) & tap the Continue button.
A password reset email will be sent to you. If you do not receive your reset email within a few minutes, be sure to check your junk or spam folders, as it may have been filtered out by your email provider as spam.
Note: Any password created or reset for a user login must be at least 12 characters long and contain a minimum of 4 unique characters.
