Learn how to use the VeriClock email broadcast feature to send messages to individual employees, groups, or your entire workforce. This guide explains how to enable email broadcasts, choose recipients, manage reply settings, include attachments or instruction cards, and view sent messages using account email logs.
VeriClock's email broadcast feature is a way to send out an email to anyone listed under the employees tab in your account.
To use this feature, first contact support to have Email Broadcast enabled in your account.
Once Email Broadcast has been enabled in your account, refresh your page to see the envelope icon in the top left corner of your screen (located below the VeriClock logo).
Send An Email Broadcast
- Select an employee, more than one employee, a group of employees or all employees to send your message to.
- If an employee responds to an email sent by email broadcast, their email will automatically go to our noreply@vericlock.com email address unless you click on the blue button to use your own email address. It is recommended to click 'Use My Email' so all employee replies email to an admin in your account.
- Add an optional subject so employees know what the email is about.
- Write a message or copy and paste a message from elsewhere. Photos will not show up in these emails, but our employee instruction cards can be pasted into this email for easy onboarding.
- Option to add file attachments.
- Click Send Message when the message is ready to be sent.
