How to Set Up the VeriClock App for Employees

This quick guide explains the essential steps for setting up the VeriClock app for employees. It includes instructions for downloading the app, logging in for the first time, and navigating key features. Learn how to get started with your VeriClock app, configure necessary settings, and clock in and out efficiently.

1. Search & Install the "VeriClock" App from iTunes or Google Play or by clicking on this link: Download the App
2. At the bottom of the login screen, [click on Forgot Password], or skip to step 7 if you already have a password setup for VeriClock.
3. Enter your email address and a click [Continue], then a reset email will be sent to you
4. Check your email inbox or spam folder for the “VeriClock Password Reset” email, or your "Welcome to VeriClock" email if your employer already sent you a welcome email.
5. Click on the link in the email and follow steps to pick/ reset your new password
6. After your password has been reset, exit the browser, Open the VeriClock App
7. Enter your email address and password then Sign In.
8. Now you will be able to use the app  to  Clock In or Clock Out + all other features.

**If you did not receive a reset email from VeriClock, please check with your Manager/ Administrator to ensure they have your correct email address listed on your profile.

** If you receive an error message that says “Invalid username, ID or password” please double check your information and try again. If there was a mistake in saving your password, you may reset it again by following steps 2 - 7.
