Follow this simple guide to reset your VeriClock password directly from a web browser. It explains the steps to reset your password and regain access to your account, whether you're using the web portal or app.
Can't remember your password, or are you getting an ‘invalid username or password’ error when you try to login to your VeriClock account? The easiest way to get past this error is to reset your password.
How To Reset Your Password
Step 1. At the bottom of the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
Step 2. Enter your email address. You will need to use the email address listed in your employee profile.
Step 3. You will get a confirmation directing you to login to your email address to find your password reset email.
Step 4. In your email inbox, search for the Forgot Password email. Click on the link in the email to reset your password. Create a password, confirm your password, and save
Note: Any password created or reset for a user login must be at least 12 characters long and contain a minimum of 4 unique characters.
Step 5. Log into VeriClock.
Login Errors
**If you get an ‘invalid username or password’ error message when you login, then start again by sending yourself a new password reset.**
**If you do not get the password reset email, contact your administrator/manager to confirm the email address listed in your employee profile.**
**If you get an error message saying ‘This account is no longer active. If you believe this is an error, please contact your company administrator or try logging in again’, you will need to contact your administrator/manager to have your employee profile set to active before you will be able to login.**
