Lock Screen Notifications
Notifications can be viewed on the phone lock screen without having to open the app. Enabling lock screen notifications can be used with sound, and banners to prevent missing important notifications.
Your phone model may have slightly different settings configuration but most are the same or close to the following examples. If your phone is set up differently, search the web for "how to turn on home screen notification sounds and banner" for your phone model.
On your iOS device:
Go to “Settings”-->"Notifications"
Scroll down and click the VeriClock App
Enable “LockScreen”, “Notification Center”, “Banners”
Turn on "Sounds" and "Badges"
These settings will allow notification to pop on your mobile screen similar to a text with sounds banners etc.
On your Android device:
Common Android Settings:
- Go to “Settings”

- Go to “Notifications on lock screen”
