The VeriClock Kiosk app allows you to quickly send feedback and diagnostic logs to help troubleshoot syncing or performance issues. From the kiosk app’s settings menu, users can submit a brief description of the issue, enable debug logs, and send feedback directly to VeriClock support. Including debug logs ensures support teams have the technical details needed to identify offline events, syncing problems, or app errors, helping resolve kiosk issues faster and maintain accurate time tracking.
- In the top right corner of the kiosk app, tap the settings icon
- Tap Feedback
- Type a short description of the issue you are experiencing and when the issue occurred
- Ensure that 'Include Debug Logs' is toggled on (indicated in blue when enabled)
- Tap Send Feedback to submit your recent app logs
