Changes you make to your VeriClock account will not automatically show in your kiosk app until after you refresh or reopen your app,
To force your app to refresh, tap your refresh icon in the top right corner of your kiosk app.
It may be necessary to do a full refresh for your Kiosk app to read setting changes recently set in your VeriClock account. If you have made changes to your VeriClock account that you are not seeing in your Kiosk app, try doing a full refresh by tapping and holding down the refresh icon until you see a popup saying Full Refresh.
It may take about 10 seconds or so before you will see that Full Refresh confirmation.
After doing a full refresh, any settings changes from your VeriClock account will be pushed to your kiosk app.
