The Templates tab in VeriClock lets you efficiently manage report templates without running a report. From Reports → Templates, admins can create new templates, copy existing ones, edit saved templates, or delete templates that are no longer needed. Default templates are protected from deletion but can be copied and customized, making it easy to standardize reporting while tailoring reports to payroll, job costing, or management needs.
- Click on Add Template to create a new template
- To the right of a template name, click the blue Copy button to copy a template and customize it further.
- Click on the red Delete button to the right of a template name to delete a template.
- Click on the blue edit button to the right of a template name to edit a template that has already been created.
- Default templates cannot be deleted, but can be copied to build a new template from the default.
