Learn how to generate payroll reports in VeriClock to review employee hours quickly and accurately. This guide explains the default payroll report columns, how to select date ranges based on your payroll settings, preview results on screen, and download, print, or schedule payroll reports for recurring delivery.
By default, a payroll report will show you the following columns:
- Employee
- Group
- Date
- In
- Out
- Hours
- Total Hours
You can create your own report with the data you need by creating a Custom Report. See Customizing Your Reports & Templates
To Generate A (Default) Payroll Report:
Log in to VeriClock from your web browser, click on Reports>Reports tabs. See Run a Report
You will need to select the period (date range) for your report. The options available are:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last Week
- Weekly
- Bi-Weekly
- Current Pay Period
- Previous Pay Periods
- Custom Range
Note: Weekly & Pay Period ranges are determined by the dates which are configured in the Settings > Payroll
Once you have selected your basic criteria, you can either Download/Export, Print, or Schedule This Report to be sent to you on a recurring schedule.
You can preview the results of your selected report on screen by clicking the Preview button. This will allow you to view, and scroll through the entire report on screen. See View, Download and Print Reports
