You can schedule any of your saved report templates to automatically be emailed to anyone who is an active user in your account. If you have not yet created the report, see Customizing Your Reports and Templates
To schedule a report; go to the Reports tab and then under reports choose the template you want to schedule, then click “Schedule This Report”:
In the pop up use the fields to choose name, the file type, the date range the report covers, when the report will be sent, any email addresses in your account your report will be sent to, and any filters in the report to limit the employees, groups, jobs, and/or service items contained in the report. Then Click SAVE to schedule the report.
You can view all scheduled reports (including when they are next expected to run) from the Scheduled Reports tab. Scheduled reports can also be edited and deleted on this page.
Scheduled reports can be renamed - as a way to organize the recipient, type, or purpose of each scheduled report.
