Learn how to use Team View scheduling in VeriClock to control schedule visibility across your workforce. This guide explains how admins can enable or restrict team schedule access, choose whether employees see only their own schedules, group schedules, or all schedules, and understand the differences between admin, manager, and employee schedule views.
This feature can be enabled to allow all users to see the team schedule, or disabled so that users can only see their own schedule and/or the schedule of employees they are set to manage.
Enable Team View
To enable team view, go to the tabs Settings → Scheduling
- Check Enable Scheduling Feature
- In the drop down box under Team View, select one of the following:
- Disabled - Disables team view so employees can only see their own schedule.
- Group - Users can see their group members' schedules.
- All - Users can see everyone's schedule
Optional: click Add Alert to create default schedule notifications that will be auto-applied to each shift created on the schedule. See the following schedule notification guides for more information:

Team View-Admin View
For administrators, once enabled team view is always on. Since administrators can always see their entire team’s schedule, administrators only have one schedule view where they can add shifts, edit shifts or delete shifts for all team members.
Team View-Employee/Manager View
Managers and employees have two separate views:
- Everyone - displays the schedule for all team members. Managers cannot add, edit, or delete shifts in team view. Shifts in Everyone view can only be viewed by all users, but not altered.
- My Schedule - displays the current user’s personal schedule. Managers with permission can also see the schedule for all employees in the group they are set to manage. Managers are able to view, add, edit or delete shifts for employees they are set to manage.
